An SUV or family car for up to 5 passengers costs €50, a van for 6-8 people is €60, and a bus for 12-15 passengers costs €100. These are fixed prices that include everything—fuel, tolls, parking, and taxes. No hidden charges. The price is the same whether you arrive at 3 PM or 3 AM.

After you collect your luggage and clear customs, walk into the main arrivals hall. Your driver will be waiting there holding a sign with your name on it. You'll receive their photo and direct phone number by email immediately after booking, so you know exactly who to look for. If you can't find them, just call or text—they're already there waiting.

Don't worry—we automatically track your flight in real-time. If your flight is delayed by 30 minutes or 3 hours, your driver adjusts and will be there when you land. There's absolutely no extra charge for flight delays. This is included in your booking price. Your driver waits for you, no matter what time you arrive.

Yes, completely free of charge. We have infant seats for babies 0-12 months, child seats for toddlers 1-4 years, and booster seats for kids 4-8 years old. Just tell us your child's age when you book, and we'll have the right seat installed and ready. No extra fees, it's included in your transfer price.

You can book as early as you want—we accept bookings months in advance. But we can also handle last-minute requests if you book at least 2-3 hours before your arrival. During peak tourist season (October to April), we recommend booking at least 48 hours ahead to guarantee your preferred vehicle. Early booking also locks in your price.

You pay your driver on arrival — Euros or Mauritius Rupees, whichever is easier. We recommend Euros as the exchange rate at the airport isn't great. Your driver can give change if needed, but exact amount is appreciated. No upfront card payment required to reserve.

It depends on where you're staying. Grand Baie (north): 1 hour 15 minutes. Flic en Flac (west): 45 minutes. Port Louis (capital): 30 minutes. Blue Bay (south): 15 minutes. Le Morne (southwest): 1 hour. These are approximate times in normal traffic. Your driver knows all the routes and will take the fastest way based on time of day.

Standard luggage (2 large suitcases per person) is included in the price. If you're bringing surfboards, golf clubs, diving gear, or extra bags, just mention it when booking. We'll make sure to send a vehicle with enough space. There may be a small additional fee for very bulky items, but we'll confirm the exact price before you confirm your booking.

Yes, all our drivers speak English fluently. Many also speak French, and some know Hindi or other languages. Communication won't be a problem. They're also friendly and happy to answer questions about Mauritius, recommend restaurants, or give you tips about places to visit during your stay.

Absolutely. You can book both your arrival and departure transfers at the same time, or add the return trip later. For the return trip, we pick you up from your hotel 3 hours before international flights (2 hours is usually enough, but we play it safe). You'll get a reminder SMS the day before with your pickup time.

No — Uber, Bolt and similar ride-share apps do not operate in Mauritius. Your options from SSR airport are: the taxi rank (negotiated price), the local bus (cheap but slow and not 24/7), or a pre-booked private transfer like ours. Booking ahead is the only way to get a fixed price before you land, with a driver already waiting at arrivals.

Tipping is not expected or required in Mauritius — the quoted price is the full price. If your driver helped with heavy luggage or waited longer than expected and you'd like to leave something, MUR 100–200 (around €2–€4) is appreciated, but entirely optional.
